Pros
Quite forward moving company, trying to keep an open space for collaborations across sites and teams. Good salary and yearly increase. Had the luck to be incorporated in a team of fantastic people.
Cons
Sometimes the change in priorities from upper management was a slap in the face as weeks of work had to be put on hold indefinitely or totally abandoned.
