Pros
Not many pros. It used to be a great place to work, great collaboration and great ethos amongst teams. Then the business split and this new bunch, New Mountain Capital rocked into town. Placed a CEO called Dirk Bontridder in charge who lacks any kind of emotional intelligence - sorry intelligence and is overly focused on EBITDA. I know several people at the company who were doing great and thriving before he and his clowns arrived and who have since been made ill working there or have left.
Cons
Well as you can see from the pros which were not many all the cons have been listed. Work here if you want a soulless position, where you're worked to death with no incentives (they made it pretty much impossible to earn any bonus) whilst all the fat cats get fatter.
