Pros
Perrett Laver hypothetically speaking stands for the right reasons, what they fail is on how to implement them. They have a structure that often gets some results, as outdated as it seems. They have bonus packages for the senior management as well as the consultants working for them. They often represent and try to have a positive impact for the sectors that they work for.
Cons
However, when you look at the reality of how the company operates, it resembles more of a feudal system where the senior management seem to take over and treat the employees specifically the project manager and the researcher as being below them. Therefore, the experiences that some of them face tend to be negative and there are coupe of people within the company who think that they can do whatever they want and treat people how they feel like without getting questioned. There have been many times where colleagues have been crying because of the workload and how they get treated by the senior management. The company doesn't let you grow or expand on your skills, it's a culture where you're always targeted and attacked for things you haven't done. The senior management got promoted only because they were very close to the two Directors.
