Pros
Not terribly busy or stressful, minimal supervision, mostly because nobody cares
Cons
Lazy staff, management that has been there forever and has no desire to progress/try something new/promote anyone, terrible compensation and no chance for advancement, promotion, learning or bonus. Budgets are constantly cut, management blames their subordinates for bad performance, and it honestly seems like nobody really knows what they are doing or cares about much more than collecting paycheck. The company is doing so poorly that you have no job security regardless of how well you perform...
