Cons
I’m writing this review as a warning to all potential employees. I started with excitement and high hopes but quickly realized I had made a huge mistake. I wouldn’t wish anyone to experience what I or many of my friends and colleagues went through. 1) First off, many of the positive reviews here are almost certainly written by management or under their “encouragement”. During my first 3 months I was constantly harassed by management and HR to leave a review. -Red flag anyone? They do this because you’ve just started down the rabbit hole and will probably have some nice things to say. On the other hand, I can see that if they waited to ask after 3 months, they probably wouldn’t have any reviews at all. -At least not positive ones. 2) Most managers and senior leadership are petty, insecure and ill-equipped for the job. They will make promises they don’t keep, bombard you with useless information and “coaching” (which would be better called “tactical abuse time” or “Kool-Aid waterboarding hour”), and otherwise promote a culture of distrust and disfunction. You can expect all of this and more with a smile. Oh yeah, and if you’re not smiling, don’t worry, they’ll give you a book on how to be a better human. Problem solved! 3) What otherwise would be a good product is corrupted by poor leadership. Nobody knows what’s going on and it changes all the time. Strategy is an afterthought. You will be making 70+ calls a day to leads that have been called dozens of times before in a fully saturated market. What’s that quote about insanity? If I sound angry, I no longer am. -Just disappointed I devoted myself to an organization and to people that only care about themselves. I suppose, after all, I should say thanks for teaching me a valuable lesson in self-preservation. To all that go forward, may God bless you.
