Amazing Company (Sales Director Position) - Sales Director Pharma Logistics Employee Review

I transitioned from a Financial background to the Pharmaceutical world. During this process Pharma Logistics has been amazing in making me feel welcomed. They have given me the support and tools to learn this new industry and feel confident on my next steps. * HR/Training- I enjoyed how the hiring process was very straight forward they set the expectations of position and job descriptions. No grey area at all on pay or benefits. Laura was very professional and quick on my questions and always was available for help. I enjoyed the training, you get to view the behind the scenes of company to get a better understanding of the in's and out's of business. I was able to view warehouse and major account shadows. This helped tremendously and gives you a better understanding of who we are. *Management- They are very supportive on thoughts and ideas. Everyone is willing to hear you out for new innovations. The company has great core beliefs. I love how we work as a "Team" everyone has the same end goals and wants to succeed as a whole. Also very big on "Tasks" which helps get work done and set the expectations of when projects or goals will be finished in a timely fashion. *Pay is excellent and competitive they have amazing benefits and programs..Also great accommodations site for other discounts for family and trips. And finally commissions are structured to make real money. Overall- I am enjoying my time here the people and culture are great..Pay is amazing and I cant stress enough how supportive the team is. I was worried transitioning from my previous employer and they have definitely made me feel confident in my decision to switch. I would definitely recommend Pharma Logistics for someone looking for a company with great core beliefs, amazing culture and excellent pay.
