1. The company has one of the worst work cultures possible. There is absolutely no respect for employees or any concern for maintaining a healthy work environment. 2. Employees are constantly forced to work day and night because of unrealistic deadlines. Weekends are treated like normal working days, and personal life practically does not exist here. While the company keeps throwing new technologies at employees, the insane pressure and nonstop deadlines make it impossible to properly learn or focus on anything. As a result, both employee growth and work quality get completely ruined. 3. The excessive pressure has made the workplace extremely toxic. People are constantly stressed, frustrated, and irritated, which leads to unprofessional behavior and terrible teamwork. Employees often do not even treat each other with basic respect. 4. Some managers are obsessed with micromanagement and interfere in every tiny detail instead of actually leading teams properly. They make the work environment even more suffocating and frustrating. 5. Recently, the company laid off a huge number of employees without any shame or concern. The company clearly sees employees as disposable resources whose only purpose is to make money. 6. Once a product or project is completed, people are simply thrown out. This greedy and toxic mentality has destroyed the company’s reputation. 7. The leadership itself is terrible. The CEO reportedly said that “work-life balance is for idiots,” which perfectly explains why the company culture is so toxic, exploitative, and mentally exhausting for employees.
