Some of the smartest and most driven folks you’ll ever work with. CEO Mahe and his brother Hari are visionaries and they truly care about the vision and principles behind the company - it’s not just about making money and slinging product. Everyone at the company “drinks the Kool-Aid in the best way possible.. you can feel the love for the people the organization serves, the people within the company itself as well as the product. Cons
As an aggressive/disruptive startup, work-life balance isn’t really in the vocabulary but other perks did make up for this. As a salesperson, some territories are tougher than others (which has likely changed by now). Canada was targeted the same as the US without accounting for exchange rate, smaller budgets or smaller size of territory.
