- super heavy workload - work like a robot - micromanage culture - may affect your mental health if you do not have a strong heart - no appreciation from management even you work hard - very toxic and super stressful working environment - terrible company culture - no work life balance (AL/ MC have to work too cos the snow ball will become bigger when you back to work) - although is MNC but manage like a local company - very old and manual system (BAAN) if system down then it will become nightmare cos workload will double increase
