The work load is minimal. You'll never feel burdened up or being pressurized by your seniors. A real good option to go for if you're preparing for heigher studies, as you don't need to take your work home.

Do not join this company with a Bachelor of Technology degree. If you don't want to end up frustrated, thinking why did you waste all your parent's money over a rigorous and to be honest, expensive B.Tech. degree, please do not join here. There is no use of an engineer here. You just have to dial numbers and have good communication skills THAT IS IT. I don't know why they hire engineers and ruin their lives and self esteem, you just have to talk to a hundred people and beg them for an interview. They should not go to IT colleges for campus. Candidates who are desperate and are just looking for a job get reeled in and then end up feeling frustrated. It's not worth either the company's time or good for the student's career.

-Good work culture -Small team, friendly management, easily approachable and helpful -They are very transparent with all the actions in the company -You need to give your best here and you can expect double in return - In the hard times of COVID too, they think about the employees first, I wish I can give more than 5 stars for this! -Overall a decent company to work with! Not exactly, they are a growing organisation and are trying to grow and establish themselves in the Marketing Research market. There are few employees (especially freshers) who expect a lot from this firm and hence they get disappointed. However, we will be at that stage as well where people will understand the work environment and will respect all those things which the company has been offering us and will offer in future.
