      Pros

      There was some consideration for co-workers to feel good and have "fun" at work. All employees were warm and friendly.

      Cons

      Drab environment. Old-school. Not open to new ideas. Not enough chances are given to employees who genuinely want to help the company progress. Changes to your position can happen in an instant with no previous notice. Special treatment given to family friends, or family members in the company. Dysfunctional relationship between CEO and President which reflects in the company as a whole. There is no excuse for a multi-million dollar company to be running as if the year was 1999. No innovation, or room for suggestions. Management needs a revamp, and the company cannot be afraid to try people who have fresh, forward thinking ideas. Company seems to be going downhill. Not enough motivation or incentive given to actually WANT to do your job well..

      Wow! You really didn't like your time here, did you?! The average tenure of current staff is over 7 years, so clearly not everyone shares your views. The fact you refer to us as an "IT company" tells me there's something you didn't quite grasp during your time here. We're actually a "people company" providing knowledge and information to large organizations about how to define the processes and activities around management of IT infrastructures. So I see why the term "IT company" can crop up, but if that's the first thing someone says about us, then they don't quite get it. BTW - 1999 really WAS a great year for us, and we've had a lot of great years since then, so we must be doing a few things right!

      Pros

      I loved working with my co-workers, customers and truly enjoyed the consulting and training work I delivered.

      Cons

      Inconsistent communication from the senior leadership team. Immediate manager was great to work for.

      Thanks for the positive comments. Regarding the "inconsistent communication" - thanks for pointing that out also. Providing honest and accurate information is one of the most important activities for a leader, and when we fall short it can be a real de-motivator. Sometimes we might think we've done a good job of keeping people up-to-date with important news and direction, but the proof of the pudding is how people react. Clearly you felt we have fallen short at times. Sorry - we will try to improve. Good luck in your future endeavours!

      Pros

      Good job just if you are a teen and have the hours to work. Manager is super nice. Decent scheduling. Biggest + is tips, normally range from $2-30 A day.

      Cons

      Pay is bad They refuse to let you work over 40hrs/week 5-7hr shifts and they will send you home if labour's high so it makes it hard to even get 30hrs/week. Open from 8am-7pm so hours are odd Also you don't get rewarded for going the extra mile, the people sitting on their phone get payed just as much or more then you do.
