Pros
You will form great relationships with coworkers. The benefits and perks are fantastic going far beyond vacation, 401k, and insurance. There is a great mentorship program and room to grow.
Cons
Things are done very inefficiently - there are lengthy processes and too many steps to getting your work done. There is a lot of redundancy. There is also a big difference between working at a facility and working for corporate - wildly different pay, different benefits, different culture.
