- recent stock price momentum and earnings performance - work/life balance - new leadership open to new ideas and working differently/smarter/more productive
Cons
- entire management team largely acts at the directive of one Board member - constant cost cutting exercises (including headcount) - not sure on our long term vision as most actions seem to be short-term focused
