Unpredictable employer - Anonymous employee Pitney Bowes Employee Review

For the past 24 months the company has been restructured a few times already. Many employees were laid off and not replaced and that affected operations since the workflow get stuck. Some employees were asked to onboard their replacements in India and then fired. There is no budget for anything and in order to justify any changes or even spending a few dollars as investment you have to get through countless rounds of approval.
