Cons
Hikes only for the supporters of managers there will be groups for manager, manager will never go out of that group.Hikes and everything will be only for their group members. and the other manager will never speak . So much partiality. the friends of manager can go out at any time for watching movies , for parlours there will be no restrictions. even if some people dont work, if they are friends to manager they will just add those people to their group and support them. If you are really talented then just leave the company, that would help your career. no encouragement no appreciations nothing. just be close to managers. Even if you dont work they will support you. they will never consider your hard work, your help and honesty towards the company
