Pros
Some good people in the company but definitely not those at the top. Pity they have to endure bad behaviour for the sake of a paycheck.
Cons
Unprofessional regional MD takes every opportunity to 'joke'/mention that what employees say will count towards their performance 'appraisal'. Values only those that will listen and carry out orders obediently. If you have a mind, this isn't the place to be. Great if you would like a simple job of following orders and enduring temper tantrums.
