Cons
- Workload: Constant high workload, stress and crunch time. In general we are expected to deliver pretty quickly. Unrealistic expectations and missing goals are the norm here. I see people working extra hours, either because of passion or pressure. All in the name of āambitiousā and āexcitement". - Pension is meh, it needs your contribution - Limited growth opportunities if you want to climb the ladder. - If you prefer remote work: you're expected to be 2 times per week in the office - If they āexitā or grow big, things will probably change, for example it might turn to a corporate or regulated company.
