It's great coming back to a company where people are proud of the work they do. With-in such a niche market, we make a huge impact on a global scale. We have people on our team who are the best in the game and their knowledge is invaluable. From a culture perspective, I LOVE coming into work. I've been here over two years and I've never had the Sunday Blues. My teammates all over the country are fun, smart and supportive. I've never felt so valued. It's nice to be part of an organization that lifts up every team member. As soon as I joined the team, I was given the trust and flexibility to shape my role into something that truly utilizes my strengths and adds value to the team and functions I support. With so many training opportunities and various team and leadership platforms, I've been able to identify and develop skills that I never knew existed.

The organizational structure is complicated and hard to grasp. Understanding reporting lines across project teams and market sectors can get confusing.
