      A brilliant, supportive team - the team at Populus have taught me everything I know about recruitment, research, and the many industries Populus work within. There is a consistent 'team' approach to everything you do at Populus. The full team work to the same set of principles. Great Opportunities - There is opportunity to work with big companies around the world, to meet clients and take part in site visits. Being a small business, there are great opportunities to 'get involved'. The full team are always open to listening to new ideas and different perspectives.

      Pros

      Populus is a family business and those that join are very much part of the family. The business is not a high street agency that micro manages but that of a business that offers independence, support and an opportunity to develop careers and is financially rewarding. Small team - very dynamic and loyal. Great principles and everyone lives by them. Work life balance fantastic. Great reputation with their clients. You decide on your career path and the company supports.

      If you've been part of a business that micro manages and enjoy that aspect, then this business is not for you.
