Huge company still functioning much like a slow government agency - Project Manager PostNord Employee Review

The company is obsessing only about cutting costs and rather than try to inspire employees and become better it is all about doing things more cheaply. Not enough to do a lot of the time. Restructurings going on every other year with no regard whatsoever to employees' previous experiences or skills. PostNord constist to a very large part of old mailmen, which has created the culture that all employees are interchangeable.
