      Generally a friendly environment between employees and customers

      Cons

      Lots of emphasis on credit card goals. It's a lot tougher getting customers to sign up for the card then hitting the daily sales goal. Now they write you up if you don't meet them.

      Great team- great experience. It offered flexibility to try multiple roles.

      Cons

      As a seasonal hire it is mandatory to work holidays. As usually with most retail jobs. You must have weekend availability.
