1. Many Sycophant people in leading role misguiding the management. 2. There is no policy in this company, whatever "SETH" will say is the policy. 3. This is family run typical "LALA" company 4. Local Grocery shop is better than this company, atlest in Grocery shop you will find some types of policy. 5. No knowledge sharing attitude in employee 6. all employee excluding Sycophant lives scared for their job security 7. HR Dept. is just Dummy 8. CEO Role is Zero, most the employee doesn’t even know who is CEO. 9. Working Environment is too bad 10. Salary is like OLA/UBER taxi drivers 11. There is not even single point to think to join this company or even go for interview ** All senior level employee are unprofessional, not technically qualified, not even have relevant experience and not deserve the position which they have but due to sycophancy they are there at that positions.
