Pros
Friendly collaborative environment. There is a good hard working team and good communication within teams. The company has grown exponentially over the last year. The team and management structures have changed. I cannot speak for what happened in the past but certainly the company culture now is quite positive. Management and team members are encouraging and friendly. Significant effort has been put into providing benefits, training and fostering a positive work environment.
Cons
Can be difficult to keep pace with the workload. Sometimes seems to be a disparity in workload and work rate of team members. Processes and procedures are not always clear, however, this is partly due to rapid expansion and company evolution.
