Pros
Company has a pay for performance culture which rewards those that perform well - which some people don't like, consistent annual growth, and has opened 3 new locations in the last 4 years. You create your own path with performance - Sales, Shop, Admin, etc. I have benefitted prom the performance culture - from hourly employee to now being a Manager. negative comments about CEO surprise me, he has mentored me for years. He can be tough, but very fair and has high expectations of all employees.
Cons
Management team seems busy and stressed - could have more - "Company Wide" communication.
