Unskilled, unqualified, zero integrity, low personality, unmotivated, retired, zero initiative, and good pay for anyone to stand being anywhere near co-workers or shotty management. Good work/life balance cause of layoffs. Always someone new coming to work for a few days or week(s). Fresh faces to harrass.

The open door policy is just to compile your concerns so managment can fire you later. Great place to work with brown nosers and posers. Very active 1963 plantation atmosphere for the good ole boy network to thrive in. Dirty building with zero plant janitor or sanitation for departments. You will be immediately having issues with every employee in the building that does not know you. Especially, if you are BLACK
