Relatively small private company and they care about employees. The “old school” knowledge they have is valuable. They make technical materials for pretty cool end-use applications and are known in the industry. Good health benefits including a company paid nurse on site.
Cons
Leadership puts too many eggs in one main basket as far as approach.
