These people ade nice but not professional. Again depends on whether you beling to their favorite group.
Cons
This company practices discrimination, treating people unequally. While it appears to be international on the surface, internally, international employees are treated as second-class. The software division is dominated by Americans and second-generation employees. If you’re not part of this group, you might want to reconsider joining the company. The starting salary is very low, and there are no significant raises. They expect you to work over 12 hours a day if you want to advance, with no overtime, additional compensation, or even appreciation.
