Great start for someone looking for work. Nice company. Nice environment.

Not salary based. No raises. 30m lunch.

Pros

- I had excellent and helpful colleagues. - I gained a lot of experience in many areas which are great for my resume. - I've been allowed to work remotely, first due to Covid, and it never changed. - There's good work/life balance in that I'm usually able to take my PTO for doctor appointments etc.

Cons

- There is so much secrecy. I never know what's going on. - There's no room for advancement. - There are no cost of living raises. - I become a jack of all trades and take on a lot of additional tasks. - I work most holidays. - I don't make enough money to support myself and I'm constantly borrowing to survive.
