1... Salaries are terrible
2... Bad at retaining people... By far the best guy they had was minat, genius man and very nice but they worked him way too hard and eventually he left after trying to keep standards high for a few years. The best trainers they have leave after 1 or max 2 years
3... Weekends are tough so hard to have social life
4... Lots of commuting because they have 2 offices
5... No systems to run things smoothly... Everything keeps breaking down. And the more clients they have the worse their service. Minat and Vivek were setting up amazing systems but they both left
6... Office is not clean
7... You won't get promoted easily and if you do, it'll be a promotion in name only
