start up required to wear many hats

If you talk to any Dr. office or person at a hospital and ask them their top 3 problems, getting a pre-cert or prior authorization for a medical procedure always comes up as one of their big problems. So we all know that if we solve this big problem, it will be very meaningful to better the lives of patients and for people who work at the physician (and insurance company) offices. This is why I feel great purpose working at PriorAuthNow more than I have felt in other jobs.

The company is moving from being start up company to mid size company. That's been challenging in figuring out the right sales, partners, product, culture, and more. We've been at it for a couple years so have made strides but have much more to do. We could use more time, people, and better benefits but again, the company has been listening and has been improving over time.
