      Fast pace, offers a good chance to learn and develop skills. Collaborative environment and good people.

      Cons

      Constant shifts in company direction make it difficult to predict future. Projects start and don't finish. Company vision unclear.

      Work from home, Lap top was provided, friendly coworkers

      Cons

      Management very unorganized, company goals always changing, unlimited PTO given but management makes you feel bad for taking it, lack of transparency, lack of trust from management, management always micromanaged. Expectations of everyone working off the clock when there is no stake in the company.
