Pros
I've been working for other companies before, and the one thing that I see different at this company is that since the CEOs are young, they're always trying new things for the good of the business and its employees. - We get to work from home. - Interesting ways to end of the week: Fun Friday & Freaky Friday. - Monthly meetings to check on your mental health. - Very transparent about the way they do things and they listen to feedback. - The company is open to trying new things and getting out of its comfort zone. They're not like those old companies that won't change their ways cause "It's how they've done it for the last years!" And work-wise we're excellent. We have a workload very adequate, deadlines are not exaggerated and mistakes can happen, but no one will bite your head off . Note for developers: They're using the latest technologies and always like to try out new things, we've changed our ways of developing software a lot each month.
Cons
It's a startup that encourages & needs people from time to time to get out of their comfort zone and try out new things. Some people will enjoy this opportunity but others may get not. Now don't expect as a Developer for example, to be told to do Accounting work. That would be outrageous. As a developer for example (Before we hired a Marketing person) I had to chip in with some ideas for our marketing. That's all.
