Pros

Absolutely nothing to add here

Cons

1. Owner ensures an atmosphere of ZERO transparency - Appointment reps will never see exactly what happens to their appointments - Thus keeping there pay checks at the minimum $10/hr. 2. Also not paying them on most sales made by the AC techs. Note AC can cost from $3k to $10k - but Appointment rep makes ONLY $50 per sale that they know about. 3. High level of turnover on a weekly basis - revolving door 4. Owner and management screams at Reps regularly 5. Bathrooms are never cleaned - owner refuse to invest in a cleaning service

Pros

The owner is always reachable. Any questions you have and he can be reached via cell phone by anyone for anything work related, always picks up and returns messages. Can't stress how awesome that is with a service oriented company. Everything is specific, strict and to the point. I've worked long enough to appreciate this concept in business. It is clear what is expected of you, success with them is purely dictated by your own abilities. I prefer that at this stage in my life. Access to a lot of industry specific knowledge and training. I've learned a metric ton since working for this company. A lot of experienced technicians and the owner himself that know everything there is to know about everything a/c, like walking wikipedias.

Cons

Promotions are based on sales/service/etiquette performance 100% of the time, so if you don't produce you are stuck.

Pros

Potential to be a nice starter job, guaranteed breaks every hour for smokers, or to regroup. Sales managers are good but hands tied by owner in what they can do.

Cons

Owner runs the sales floor like a militant, no having fun, write ups if not performing in 1st week, does not believe in training. Vary restrictive atmosphere.
