Pros
The owner is always reachable. Any questions you have and he can be reached via cell phone by anyone for anything work related, always picks up and returns messages. Can't stress how awesome that is with a service oriented company.
Everything is specific, strict and to the point. I've worked long enough to appreciate this concept in business. It is clear what is expected of you, success with them is purely dictated by your own abilities. I prefer that at this stage in my life.
Access to a lot of industry specific knowledge and training. I've learned a metric ton since working for this company. A lot of experienced technicians and the owner himself that know everything there is to know about everything a/c, like walking wikipedias.
Cons
Promotions are based on sales/service/etiquette performance 100% of the time, so if you don't produce you are stuck.
