Pros
There are some amazing people who work there or who have worked there and moved on, the turnover is excessive and impacting on the business delivery and staff morale, the lack of urgency to replace roles is also alarming.
Cons
People managers who lack the basic skills. The investors business model delivered by the new CEO to drive more profit margins on a lower staffing level whilst the existing staff stress and worry, it is fine though, that is just the way things are. The "boys" or "girls" club, all protecting each other, yep that mentality. Poor or lack of action when raising concerns in operations. Very poor decisions in the role out of projects by very inexperienced "directors". I wouldn't recommend this as a place to work.
