Proactive SEO Solutions and long beach have become my permanent homes. Everyday feels like a new adventurer and I look forward to coming in the office daily. I have recently noticed given times I find myself coming back to the Proactive SEO office after work because it is such an inviting work space you feel like your at home. The work environment is not your typical corporate american vibe with any form of hierarchy, which makes you feel comfortable and accessible to speak with any employee. The CEO Isaac Rau is very genuine and helpful, he is very hands on and present all the time for communicating and training everyone to be the best they possibly can. Everyone in the company from sales to development have a keen understanding of the long-term company goals and daily tasks. All the employees at the office are very open to new ideas and we all strive to help each other make better decisions. We all want to ensure our clients get the best possible service. We started recently opening up our vertical for sales to name a few (restaurants, small businesses, mobile app, etc). Also the development team has taken on newer challenges by developing mobile applications. We started focusing on mobile app designs and development. Once we have successfully developed the mobile applications are next step is to test out all the devices on all different platforms to check mobile site for responsiveness on tab devices, iOS, actual website, the android and more. The company is willing to accept change to be part of the modern technology. There is a lot of room for growth in this organization.
