      Flexible, remote, good pay, supportive and respectful colleagues, room for advancement and growth

      Cons

      The company has so much potential - unfortunately leadership just can't get out of its own way. Bad decision after bad decision - poor planning, reactionary, no clear plan/constantly changing, misguided priorities. Lay offs every year - 3 in one calendar year.
