The company makes most if not all of its money on selling websites that won't make money to retired people who don't know any better. Management is made up of sales people who don't know anything about website people or marketing, or are just random incompetent people who have no background in the area they're supposedly managing. Actual good people get muscled out of their jobs by smarmy sales dudes.
