Pros
The only thing good about the Goldsboro plant is that it is unionized. The welders make 19-28 an hour. Assembly and winders make up to 26. And testers and maintenance make up to 35. 8 hour shifts with double-time pay on Sunday/holidays. We work a lot of Sundays.
Cons
A lot of work. No air conditioning for fabrication.
