Transformer business is very good.

Cons

So many..... Out of all the transformer companies, they make the worst product. The only reason they retain business is because there aren't enough domestic transformer companies to keep up with demand. Hands down the absolute worst management I have seen in my entire career. If you take your career seriously, stay as far away as possible from this place.

The only thing good about the Goldsboro plant is that it is unionized. The welders make 19-28 an hour. Assembly and winders make up to 26. And testers and maintenance make up to 35. 8 hour shifts with double-time pay on Sunday/holidays. We work a lot of Sundays.

Cons

A lot of work. No air conditioning for fabrication.
