Pros

There is nothing good about working at this company. The whole staff was sad and depressed working there. Absolutely a horrible place to work.

Cons

Where do I begin? The pay was close to minimum wage. They work you to death and the pay is not great at all. There is no place to grow. There is absolutely no Human Resource in this company. Human Resource is a sham. It is non-existence. The HR is the owners' wife that has no clue what's going on at the company nor does she care. Her best interest is for her Company, not the employee. The management has no clue as to what they are doing and can barely speak English. They are rude and very disrespectful. The company is very prejudged against African Americans. This is a company that I would never want to work for. There were more than a few people that had a nervous breakdown due to the unprofessionalism of management. The reason that the employees that are there for a long time are because they are not educated and don't have a degree. They are stuck there. They are paid low.

Pros

Only sales people are treated well here. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

Cons

No one seems happy here and the food if any is very unhealthy. They only care about cheap food and not health. This speaks volumes about internal operations. Don’t expect rightful pay after first quarter if they remember what they promised to pay. This company will hire you when they feel like they should so don’t expect an offer letter anytime or ever as promised. Do not compromise another official offer if so. My role was a manager but paid as clerk hence no offer letter to clarify my rightful role and pay. Lunches and breaks are frowned upon. So most people don’t - isn’t this illegal? Couldn’t get organized as all the files are locked and expect to do more roles as told for same pay even when promised to increase pay per additional roles.
