Lets be honest, I never dreamed of being a sales development rep when I was a kid; however, what I did dream for was waking up everyday and enjoying my job. What I love about Prophet Logic is that I feel heard, supported, and cared about. I"m able to make suggestions and have the freedom to implement them. My co-workers are kind, supportive, and awesome people. The job is whatever you want it to be. Since the company is so new, we have the opportunity to create a positive impact on creating a solid foundation and advance our career fairly quickly, not to mention, learn a bunch of tech that will be useful for a high paying sales career. -Growing faster than expected -Leadership opportunities more obtainable than an older, well-established company -Ability to gain experience in a wide range of technology sales - oh, and Bagels every Friday.
Cons
As a start up, we have the usual kinks to work out, but all kinks are worked through as a team and allow us to think creatively and analytically to solve problems.
