      Pros

      Good management, understanding. Very fast paced and you must adapt to new partner tech, but they train you appropriately. Opportunities to advance and grow.

      I left satisfied. So none that I can think of.

      Pros

      Co-workers and management truly care for one another and keep things positive. Everyone truly has your best interests in mind.

      Cons

      Some middle managers have the tendency to politely micromanage which causes a drop in morale in a role that is already mentally taxing.
