GREAT COMPANY GREAT TEAM - Project Director Prospect Solutions Employee Review

I have worked with Prospect Solutions over the past couple months. I have nothing but great things to say from the experience. The job is hard work and takes dedication but they give you all the tools you need to succeed. The autmosphere of the office is positive and full of energy, it is simply just a great place to work!

This is not the job to sit back and slack off and I guess if you consider that a con then this is not the place for you.

You can say you have a job? I seriosuly can't event think of anything positive other than that. You can wear a tie?

1. Poor sales training 2. Fake motivational presentations to basically beg people not to quit 3. Minimum wage pay 4. Commisions change based on popularity of product so you never make decent money 5. They try to motivate you by saying JUICE! And really pathetic phone coversations 20 times a day to try to distract from you lame a job it really is 5. They say they want "owners" to run these rinkadink offices but in reality maybe 1 of every 1,000 people even stay even a year. I know 2 decent people who are being manipulated by lies and promises and they've been in the same office for almost 2 years. So sad 6. The turnover is scary high. People quit left and right because this place is a sad excuse for a company. 7. No health benefits. Ever.
