Pros
-Your skillset will be used well, chance to move up to higher level of employment. -Daily Tasks will become more varied as you work for them for more than your probation. -Fun and collaborative staff environment -Work from home -Free Monthly Breakfasts
Cons
-The hours available for work fluctuate greatly due to number of current clients. -Micro management is an issue with the CEO and Managers -No insurance or coverage available -Hesitant to offer raises even when deserved

Pros
Friendly and welcoming staff, changing (and motivating) incentives keep you on your toes. Crazy opportunities for growth and travel! Learning fundamentals and being able to apply them to real life scenarios, along with learning how to really push yourself. I have found true friends and a career here.
Cons
Takes a lot of hard work and drive but the growth is worth it!
