Pros

Great technology to make great products. Agree that the other good reviews were most likely planted by the company because they don't like to have a bad image; they would rather fake it than own and face the truth to fix it

Cons

Upper management- which is basically CEO or chairman- do everything backwards and getting in their own way when it comes to selling products or services. Perfect example was the when Malloy getting vaccinated incident- such an embarrassing moment for the company. This is what they do though- throw a temper tantrum like children do when they don't get their way or when other companies refuse to work with them. Pay is extremely low- a joke really, and raises or promotions given to those who are in CEO and chairman's good graces not for quality of work. They are also quick to hire from the outside of organization rather than promote growth and opportunity from within because they don't invest in their employees (other than a fit-bit). There is hardly any good leadership and poor communication overall. Definite favoritism in employees and disrespectful gossip of former and current employees. They have an elitist mentality that everyone should love them because they're the best or so great- lots of ego's. Unrealistic expectations set all around.

Pros

Benefits and 401K. Flexibility to do work.

Cons

Overreliance on people who do the work. Directors and higher do nothing except complain and fight, like high school groups. The high level management in Quality is by far the most inept I have ever worked under. Many of these people have never worked in a lab yet are making decisions without the proper foundational knowledge. Even the individual heads of each Quality dept are terrible. None of them do any real work, they WFH at least 3 days a week, they leave work until the very last moment, and then they ask the mid level managers to do everything. They talk behind everyone's back, they stab each other from behind consistently, and they are incapable of correcting their continuous issues as they refuse to listen to experts in the field. Def not the place to further your career. Maybe use it for a year or two, anything more than that and it will affect you,and your outside life, in a negative aspect.
