Pros

people are awesome and they have a nice hybrid workplace but depends highly on your team and solution. Seems pretty political as any company is but they definitely treat their employees well.

Cons

low pay, takes long to move up, very political, they are too excited about the culture it almost seems fake

Pros

Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

Cons

Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
