      Pros

      Work life balance is extremely good. Once you can finish your tasks, you can have a flexible schedule for work. The relationship between employees is very close. As an intern, I could see that the gap between juniors and seniors is small.

      Cons

      Protiviti is not as prestigious as Big4 firms, thus there are still many challenges to overcome before it turns into the top consulting firm in Asia

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
