      Pros

      The people are by far the best part, everyone is very lovely and accommodating and will help you learn. There is some office politics but thats the same in any organisation. You'll certainly be with a good group of people

      The work can be fairly repetitive and boring if you end up with particular clients

      Pros

      Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
