Pros

some of the consultants are bright

Cons

Pretty much everything about the firm is bad. Work is monotonous. Extremely long work hours. In Oil & Gas team, one will end up working for min. 15 hours a day. Long delays in payments. No travel facility when your client is in Dubai or outside the city. They pay small amounts which are enough to pay only for the bus. Very arrogant Senior Management. Too much bragging and too little involvement. Most of the Managers are incompetent. They take the credits for good work and you get too many brick bats for silly things. Zero investment on individuals. In the last 2 years, I have not seen any training. Oil and Gas team in particular is very bad. They charge clients less than half of what Big 4 does and then make you work 3 times. Even weekends are hectic mostly. The pay is 30 to 40% less than Big 4. Though they claim heavy bonuses, most of the people do not get any. For consultants they pay as low as 12k! There are plenty of people who get salaries in the range of 5k to 12k AED after MBA. They keep selecting from premier colleges like IIMs and the folks generally leave in less than 3 months after seeing the work culture.

Pros

Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

Cons

Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
